Average Delivery Times From Date Of Dispatch from the UK:

  • Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK: 2 Working Days
  • Europe: 3 - 7 Working Days
  • USA & Canada: 7 - 14 Working Days
  • Rest of the World: 7 - 14 Working Days

Average Delivery Times From Date Of Dispatch within Hong Kong:

  • Hong Kong: 2 Working Days
  • Asia, Australia and New Zealand: 3 - 7 Working Days

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are calculated based on the date the order is dispatched.
  • When placing your order, do make sure to provide your complete address including postcode where applicable and any other critical information to avoid any delays.
  • During peak holiday periods such as Christmas, or due to other exceptional circumstances, you may experience some delivery delays.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • If for any other reason we cannot send your order to the address you specified, we will let you know. We will do our best to find a solution so you can start enjoying our products as soon as possible. 
  • If for any reason, we cannot deliver to your country, we will let you know by email.


Unfortunately, we at Hibernicis do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by a third party, and as soon as you receive your order, the goods become your responsibility.

General Information & Customs Information

Once you have chosen your Hibernicis products and navigated to the checkout page, we will calculate the delivery fee and add it to your total. In certain countries there may be a maximum weight per package, resulting in your order being shipped in multiple packages. 

If for any reason, you are not able to pick up your parcel, and it makes its way back to us, we will have to apply additional postage charges for re-sending your order.
For all products we ship outside of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain it's your responsibility to comply with your local laws and regulations regarding the import of products of this kind. Those can vary from one country to another, so we would definitely recommend getting in touch with your customs office if you have any doubts! 

To comply with customs rules for cross border shipments, the value of your order will be listed on the outside of the package, and it may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. The authorities in your country may also apply additional taxes and other fees, which will be yours to settle. If you would like to know more, do get in touch with your local customs authorities.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hibernicis is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

The Shipping Confirmation Email you receive from us will include a tracking number which you can use to track your order. It may take up to 48 hours for that information to become available. 

If you haven't received a message from us, do get in touch at and we will look into it for you. Make sure to write your full name and order number in your email.
