At Hibernicis, we take great care in formulating and producing body care products that reflect our commitment to quality, craftsmanship and wellbeing. We understand, however, that skincare is personal and if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.

How it works

If you're not satisfied with your Hibernicis product, here’s how to request a refund:

  1. Contact Us First
    Email us at contact@hibernicis.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The product(s) you wish to return

    • A brief explanation (this helps us improve)

  2. Return the Product
    Once we confirm your request, you’ll need to securely package the product(s) used or unused and return them to the address we provide (please contact us)

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  3. Choose a Refund or Credit
    After we receive the returned item(s), we’ll issue either:

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • A store credit, if you prefer

    Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your product.

  • This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from hibernicis.com

  • We reserve the right to reject excessive or repeated refund requests

  • Refunds will be issued for the product value only (excluding any original shipping costs)

  • We cannot accept returns after the 30-day period has passed

  • Items must be returned before a refund can be processed
