By accessing our website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

We are an international business based in Hong Kong and sell globally through this website. These Terms are intended to be globally applicable. Where local laws in your country provide mandatory consumer rights, including in the UK and EU, these Terms shall not override those rights. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Section 5 - Right to cancel (UK and EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@hibernicis.com within the 14-day window. You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form provided at the end of these Terms.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You are responsible for the return postage cost unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

Section 6 - 30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@hibernicis.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned securely packaged. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt.

This guarantee applies only to purchases made on hibernicis.com

Section 7 - Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide accurate and current account and order details. We may cancel or limit orders for reasons including suspected fraud, duplicate orders or misuse.

We may contact you using the email or billing address provided if changes are made to your order.

Section 8 - Optional tools and third-party links

We may offer access to third-party tools or links. These are used at your own risk and are subject to third-party terms.

We are not responsible for the content, services or policies of third-party websites.

Section 9 - User comments and submissions

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. We may terminate the agreement at any time if you breach these Terms or applicable law.
