To request a refund, please contact us at contact@hibernicis.com with your order number and reason for return. Products must be returned to us, even if they have been used. We ask that you package the item securely and cover the return postage cost. Once received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.

This policy applies to purchases made through hibernicis.com only. Items bought through other retailers should be returned according to their own returns policies.
